Please accept lots of praise for the sevice I have received from you so far! The TENS machine has made a huge difference to my life - i've also bought an UltraStim belt which has also been a great success. Unfortunately, I have become sensitive to all the electrodes, so I am going to try your PALS Blue Gel ones. Perhaps you could let me know if there are similar electrodes for the belt available? I recently purchased a PRO-TENS machine from you and would just like to thank you for the level of service you provide. It seemed that no sooner had I posted my order that the machine arrived at my door, and it was accompanied by all the info I could possibly need to get the best from the unit.It is nice to know that there are still at least some companies that obviously take pride in being efficient and giving quality service as well as good value. I am usually quick to complain if I receive poor service, so I feel it only proper to compliment good service.
I am already benefitting from using the PRO-TENS after only a few days, which goes to show that your prompt service actually make a huge difference to people suffering chronic pain. I have already recommended you to a number of people and shall continue to do so. Once again, thank you.

Thank you for your reply. However, when I woke up last Friday, I was in such excruciating pain that I rang your customer services line and ordered a PRO-TENS over the phone. The lady I spoke to was fantastic. Really helpful, friendly and caring. She even arranged guaranteed next-day delivery for me.
I am having quite a degree of success with the TENS. I am not in much less pain than I was and therefore more mobile, and more importantly, able to re-commence the programme of exercises and stretches set me by my physiotherapist.
I am not yet getting residual relief, but I don't care! Physio has told me I can use it for as many hours a day as I want on Modulation mode, I even leave it in place at night, so that if I need to get up, I can switch it on so I can move without having to wake my husband to help me out of bed!
